NIADA and FTC Publish new Guide
The National Independent Auto Dealers Association worked collaboratively with the Federal Trade Commission to compile a new publication called "A Dealer's Guide to the Used Car Rule". This guide for the motor vehicle industry offers direct and clear understanding of federal requirements for warranties, service contracts, manufacturers warranties, disclosure requirements and compliance.
